You will need to fill out our client questionnaire prior to attending your first meeting with us. In this questionnaire, you will tell us all about you and your pet(s) so that we are able to help you succeed in our training sessions.

"Don’t you need to see my pet’s behavior to assess it?"
Actually, no - our goal is not to force your pet to manifest the concerning behaviors just to see them (that would be unethical), rather our treatment plans are designed to reduce and stop the behaviors from happening at all. We gather a complete history from you, which provides us with a lot of information that may not seem important to you, but it’s very important to us, as we put detailed puzzle pieces together on how to help them feel some relief. Our goal is to help your dog not feel the need to use their aggressive behavior to protect themselves in the future.
