All 1.5 hour initial in-home consultations are conducted by Emily Greene, an expert in canine behavior cases. (Note: In-home consultations are for Charlotte, NC residents only.)
Detailed functional assessment of the dog, lifestyle, routine, behavioral history, previous training, prioritized client goals, and treatment plan
Educational discussion and material on canine behavior and stress
Discussion on management active and/or passive prevention strategies to reduce unwanted behaviors
Follow up appointments will be recommended to provide you with continued learning and support

All 1.5 hour initial virtual consultations are conducted Dr. Amy Blom, an accredited Professional Canine Behavior Consultant.
Detailed functional assessment of the dog, lifestyle, routine, behavioral history, previous training, prioritized client goals, and treatment plan
Educational discussion and material on canine behavior and stress
A customized, written treatment plan is provided that includes behavioral and environmental modification, management and training recommendations
Follow up appointments will be recommended to provide you with continued learning and support

Coaching Sessions
Coaching Sessions
The following packages include private lesson(s) with your family and pets at your house, at a pre-arranged location, or online. This service charge also covers the lesson time, including any pets as appropriate.
Intermediate Package
For mild behavior concerns such as: Low-intensity leash reactivity, mild phobias or fears, low-intensity resource guarding, moderate fear of strangers, dog-dog household interactions/management, and more.
Includes:
5 one-hour coaching sessions (weekly sessions recommended)
Email support for 3 months
Relevant handouts and reading materials

+ INTERMEDIATE LEVEL UP*: Add TWO 1-hour sessions at Intermediate Package rate: $290
+ ADD HELPING HANDS SESSION(S)**: $95/30min session or five 30min sessions for $450
Comprehensive Package
For dogs with extensive bite histories and/or serious, intense or long-standing behavior concerns such as: severe separation anxiety, human and/or dog-directed aggression, intense resource guarding, heightened leash reactivity, dog-dog household aggression, and generalized fear/phobias.
Includes:
10 one-hour coaching sessions (weekly sessions recommended)
Email support for 6 months
Relevant handouts and reading materials

+ COMPREHENSIVE LEVEL UP*: Add TWO 1-hour sessions at Comprehensive Package rate: $280
+ ADD HELPING HANDS SESSION(S)**: $95/30min session or five 30min sessions for $450

Need a few additional lessons, but don’t want to purchase another full-price package? Add one-hour coaching sessions at the package rate! This is an excellent option for those who needs just a few more lessons without having to commit to another training package. You can also level up as many times as you need!
**Helping Hands Session(s):
Elevate your coaching sessions with a pair of ‘helping hands.’ Add one or multiple 30 minute sessions to your existing package where your trainer will do what they do best - train your dog! These sessions can help expedite progress and are an excellent add-on service to your dog’s existing training schedule.

Separation Anxiety Package
This package is designed specifically for dogs with separation anxiety and includes:
Initial Absence Assessment (1 hour): During this assessment, your trainer determines if your dog is experiencing separation anxiety, and if so, what their initial time threshold is of being able to handle being alone; explains daily, weekly and monthly process, data collection, Pre/Post Departure Cue definitions, recommended equipment (cameras, stop watches), gathering your support village, more
Monthly support package (can be renewed anytime):
First Absence exercise walk through and support (or Reassessment if renewed package)
3 Absence Reassessments, conducted weekly
Daily Absence exercise planning (5-6 planned per week with 1-2 days off)
Daily email coaching with Dr. Amy Blom

In-person professional behavior support available for Greater Charlotte, NC region. (Note: Virtual Counseling Session may be required based on location and behavior concerns.)
Private , virtual training available for local, national and international clients!
Payment Options: We use virtual payment methods. You may pay using a credit card, we will send you an invoice via email using PayPal (which you can then pay using any payment method, even if you don't have a PayPal account). If you would prefer to pay via a check, please let your trainer know and we will provide an address to mail that check to.
Expiration Date on any packages purchased: 6 months from date of purchase
Change of delivery format for any lessons purchased: We reserve the right to change the delivery format of any in-person lesson to a remote lesson. We will attempt to notify you ahead of time and reschedule if needed, however due to potential circumstances beyond our control, your in-person class may need to be changed to a remote format up until an hour prior to the time of the scheduled lesson.
