All 1.5 hour initial in-home consultations are conducted by Emily Greene, an expert in canine behavior cases. (Note: In-home consultations are for Charlotte, NC residents only.)
Prerequisites:

Detailed functional assessment of the dog, lifestyle, routine, behavioral history, previous training, prioritized client goals, and treatment plan
Educational discussion and material on canine behavior and stress
Discussion on management active and/or passive prevention strategies to reduce unwanted behaviors
Follow up appointments will be recommended to provide you with continued learning and support

All 1.5 hour initial virtual consultations are conducted Dr. Amy Blom, an accredited Professional Canine Behavior Consultant.

A customized, written treatment plan is provided that includes behavioral and environmental modification, management and training recommendations

Coaching Sessions
The following packages include private lesson(s) with your family and pets at your house, at a pre-arranged location, or online. This service charge also covers the lesson time, including any pets as appropriate.
Intermediate Package

For mild behavior concerns such as: Low-intensity leash reactivity, mild phobias or fears, low-intensity resource guarding, moderate fear of strangers, dog-dog household interactions/management, and more.

5 one-hour coaching sessions (weekly sessions recommended)

For dogs with extensive bite histories and/or serious, intense or long-standing behavior concerns such as: severe separation anxiety, human and/or dog-directed aggression, intense resource guarding, heightened leash reactivity, dog-dog household aggression, and generalized fear/phobias.

10 one-hour coaching sessions (weekly sessions recommended)

Elevate your coaching sessions with a pair of ‘helping hands.’ Add one or multiple 30 minute sessions to your existing package where your trainer will do what they do best - train your dog! 1 hour - your first absence exercise walk through and support live (free with your first 2-week package)
Daily absence exercise video review and planning (5-6 per week with 1-2 days off)

Reactivity Relief Package (3-week Program)
Reactivity Relief Package (3-week Program)
This package is designed specifically for dogs with leash reactivity and is an excellent alternative to a board and train! Day training keeps your dog in a familiar, low-stress environment while providing focused, professional help. It supports a collaborative, humane, and effective learning process that’s easier to maintain and transfer to everyday life - because it happens in and around your home! NOTE: At this time, this package is only available to those within a 5-mile radius of the 28205 zip code of Charlotte, NC.

First week: Foundations and Prevention
Four 40min day training sessions (M-F during typical work hours)
One 60min session with trainer to cover what was taught (evenings available M-F)
Video recaps, notes after each session, and additional resources provided via email
Second week: Behavior Modification
Four 40min day training sessions
One 60min session with trainer to cover what was taught
